Adding Child Notes for Parents (at sign-out)

Adding Notes for Parents allows you to enter a message that will pop up for families when they go to sign their child out of the service using the Public Mode kiosk.

Notes can also be viewed from the child's details page in the app by parents and staff.

📱Centre/Ratios Menu (icon in the top left corner)

1. Search for or select a child from the list
2. Open the Child Menu (round icon with 3 dots)
3. Select Add Notes for Parents
4. Enter your message
5. Click OK

💻Children > Manage Children

1. Click on the Tasks/Reports menu for the child
2. Select Notes & Private Notes
3. Click on the (+) icon in the top right corner
4. Enter your message and click Add Notes
