View & Mediate Comments

View Comments allows Educators (ONLY) to view all the comments made on all Posts as they happen from the entire service, this ensures that educators don’t miss a comment from a parent.

It also ensures educators are able to moderate any comments made by both Educators and Parents/Guardians if/when required. View Comments is only available on the Portal

1. Go to 💻 Posts > Manage Posts
2. Click on Post Comments (tab)
3. All comments will appear in time order as they were created

1. Click on the Eye Icon
2. The Post and All Comments attached to the post will display.
3. You can add a comment at this point, or drill further into the Comments on the Post.

1. Click on Edit button
2. The Comment will appear for you to edit
3. Click Edit/Update Comment

1. Click on Delete button
2. You will be asked to Confirm your choice to Delete

💡 Keep In Mind: Adjusting App Configurations to stop Commenting on Posts &/ Parent Post Default to Private may be useful for your center.
