Custom Tags (Posts)

Custom Tags allow you to group like events, allowing for Educators to easily find posts with a specific theme or content. Create your Custom Tags for linking to your programs and write-ups (Observations, Follow Ups, Learning Stories etc.) 

💻 Posts > Post Tags & Stats

1. Enter the Tag Name
2. Click Create Tag

• The tag will be created in the lower section of the page where you can re-order, edit, and view posts that use this tag.

1. When creating a post, click on # symbol (App) OR select from the drop-down 'Link to Custom Tags' (Portal)
2. Select the Tag you want to use and click on Tick to accept
3. Save the post

💻 Posts > Post Tags & Stats > View Posts (beside the specific tag)

• All posts with that Tag will appear in the default date range
