Statement of Entitlement
Overview
The Statement of Entitlements is a report available on the Administration Portal for Admin Staff (with CCS Access permission) and for parents on the Parent Portal and App. The report shows a breakdown of each session submitted in a specified date range, the Session Times & Fee, CCS paid, and the gap.
Admin Portal
💻 CCSS > Statement of Entitlements
- Enter a date range
- Select a Family Account (name)
- Click on Generate Statement of Entitlements
💡 Press Ctrl+P to print the report
Parent Portal & App
💻 Accounts & Statements > Statement of Entitlements
📱 Family Menu (top left icon) > Statements/Invoices > View Statement of Entitlements
