Statement of Entitlement

The Statement of Entitlements is a report available via the OWNA Portal for Admin Staff with CCS Access permission and for parents on the Parent Portal and App. 

The report shows a breakdown of each session submitted in a specified date range, the Session Times & Fee, CCS paid, and the gap.

💻 CCSS > Statement of Entitlements

1. Enter a date range
2. Select a Family Account (name)
3. Click on Generate Statement of Entitlements

💡 Press Ctrl+P to print the report

💻 Accounts & Statements > Statement of Entitlements

📱 Family Menu (top left icon) > Statements/Invoices > View Statement of Entitlements

When this setting is configured, the system will automatically generate statements at the end of the CCS fortnight period and email it to the Primary Carer for each Family Account.

1. Go to the Billing Structure tab
2. Check the box to 'Send Statement of Entitlement Emails to Family after CCS Fortnight'
3. Click Update Billing Structure
