Staff Logs

💻 Staff > Log/Timesheets

Each day your staff will sign into the Centre and then sign into their appropriate task (room, admin, etc.) Each time this happens, a record is stored in the Staff Logs.

How to view the Staff Logs

  1. Under the Staff Logs heading select any combination of filters:
    • Select date range (defaults to the current date)
    • Select Staff (or view all by default)
    • Select Room/Location (or view all by default)
  2. Click Get Report

Editing Staff Logs

  • You can manually add logs, edit the time (bot tracked in the audit column) or delete them.
  • If you revert the Centre Checkin/Checkout times to the roster, the original time will also be stored.
  • The Staff Logs can also be Exported to Excel

Manually Adding Logs

  1. Click on the plus icon in the top right corner
  2. Select the staff name
  3. Select the log type (e.g. Centre Checkin/Checkout or a Room)
  4. Date (defaults to the current date)
  5. Enter the log time (in 24-hour format: HH:MM)
  6. Click Add to Log

Unlocking Staff Logs

Staff Logs and Timesheets lock automatically after 14 days. If you need to edit older logs, use these steps to unlock them:

Unlocking:

  1. Click 🔓 Unlock Timesheets for Editing
  2. Enter the reason for unlocking the timesheets
  3. Select the Unlock Period (1-24 hours)
  4. Click Unlock Timesheets

Locking:

  1. Click 🔒 Lock Timesheets for Editing
  • If not locked manually, the timesheets will be re-locked automatically after the selected unlock period.
