Managers Checking Staff In/Out From the App

Admin Function

If staff forget to sign in or out of their shift. An Admin user can update the staff login via the actions menu in their app without having to log into the admin portal.

Steps

  1. Select the Actions menu (clipboard icon in top right corner)
  2. Go to Staff Timesheets
  3. Press the shift menu and select sign-in/out option
  4. Select the time the staff should have checked in/out
  5. Press OK
