Overview
A Service-Supplied Device, for use in an education and care service, is a device supplied by an approved provider of an education and care service; to be used by a relevant person exclusively for the purposes of providing education and care to children as part of that service.
Any such device must be configured to operate in accordance with any policies or procedures of the education and care service that relate to child safety or the security of devices.
Recording Devices Using a Custom Form
OWNA has a prebuilt template that you can find in the Custom Form template market place.
- Go to 💻 Configure > Custom Forms
- Click the plus (+) button to add a new form
- Go to the star (⭐) button on the bottom of the form builder toolbar
- Search for 'Service-Supplied Device Register'
- Click the Arrow button to copy the fields to your new form
- Add the name and details, then click Publish Form
