Parents Viewing and Submitting QIP Feedback

Overview

The Quality Improvement Plan is how services identify improvement areas and strengths against the National Quality Standards, and track their progress to improve any concerns that are raised. 

As a parent/carer/guardian, your voice can be valuable to help services identify and fix issues that they may otherwise be unaware of. So it is important to take the time to communicate any concerns effectively and objectively. Remember, the goal is to help them improve, not to criticize.

Any parent with an app login can view and contribute towards a services Quality Improvement Plan. Once you have submitted a comment, it cannot be edited or removed, and only centre staff will be able to review your feedback.

How to View the QIP

In the App:

  1. Go to the Family menu (3 bars, top left corner)
  2. Expand the Centre list
  3. Select View Centre's QIP

💡 The QIP can also be viewed from the sign-in kiosk, usually located in the foyer or entrance to the service

How to Submit Feedback

  1. Press the speech bubble icon (top right corner)
  2. Enter your message
  3. Press Give Feedback (or press the arrow in the top right corner of the iOS app)
