Parents Updating Enrolment Form

Overview

The Primary Parent/Carer can edit/update their child's enrolment form from the web portal to update details to the service rather than having to submit a whole new form.

Key Points:

  • Only the Primary Parent/Carer can update
  • Services will receive an email notification to advise them of the changes
  • New emergency contacts will be added to the child's profile, but existing contacts need to be removed manually (Settings > Permissions - Manage Access)
  • New documents can be attached to the enrolment form but will not get uploaded to the child's documents (do this in the app for now)
  • Selecting different days of attendance does not change the child's booking

How to Update the Enrolment Form

➜ Log into the web portal using your app username and password

💻 My Children > View Enrolment Form

  1. Select the child from the dropdown and click Get Enrolment
  2. Update the desired fields in the form
  3. Click Update Enrolment Form

Updating Days of Attendance

⚠️ Does NOT update the child's booking

Updating the child's enrolment form is not intended to be used as a change of days request or waitlist form. It will only update the 'preferred days' in the child's enrolment form, which services may or may not choose to acknowledge and action.

  • If you would like to request a change to the days your child attends, it is always recommended that you speak with the service directly to find out what their procedures are.

Fields that will update automatically

Some fields, such as the child and primary parent names, CRN and DOB, cannot be edited as they are linked with the child's enrolment to CCS. These can only be managed by an Admin user at the service.
