Saving Photos and Posts from the Parents App & Portal

Save Photos from the App

You can save individual photos by tapping on the photo and then selecting Save (or the download icon) in the top right corner or you can download multiple images at once using the following steps:


Android 🤖

  1. Go to the home feed in the app
  2. Change the filter from 'All' to 'Album'
  3. Tick the bottom right corner of each image you would like to save
  4. Click Save


iOS 🍎

  1. Go to the home feed in the app
  2. Change the filter from 'All' to 'Album' and click OK
  3. Press 'Select' in the top right corner
  4. Tap on each image you would like to save
  5. Press the download button (green arrow) at the bottom of the page

Print or Save from the Web Portal

From the Web Portal, you can log in with the same details that you use for the app. This portal will still remain available even after your child no longer attends the service.


Save/Print Posts

  1. In the View all Posts list, click on the aqua print icon in the top right corner of the post you would like to save - this will take you to the print view for the post
  2. Click on the print button in the top right corner of the page
  3. Select your printer or choose 'Save as PDF' as the printer
  4. Click Save/Print (and choose the save location if applicable)


Save Individual Images

  1. Click on the Photos & Videos menu
  2. Select View All Images
  3. You can set the date range to narrow your search
  4. Click on an image to open it full-size
  5. Right-click and select 'Save Image as'
  6. Chose the save location on your device
