Enterprise Integration

Overview

The Meta Integration allows you to connect your Facebook Business pages to collect ad form submissions under Enquiries in OWNA.

🚩 This is only available for customers on the Enterprise subscription tier.

Setup

  1. From the menu, navigate to Configure > Service Info > Meta Integration
  2. Click the Connect button - You will be redirected to Facebook's Login for Business page
  3. Sign in to Facebook and grant the requested permissions
  4. Select the centre's Facebook Page and Business Portfolio when prompted
  5. The consent screen requests:
    • pages_show_list
    • pages_read_engagement
    • pages_manage_metadata
    • pages_manage_ads
    • leads_retrieval
    • business_management
  6. Once you grant access, you will be redirected back to OWNA, where the connected Facebook Page will be displayed
  7. By default, leads from all Facebook lead forms will be imported into OWNA. If required, administrators can choose specific forms to import leads from:
    • Change the toggle to "Save responses from only selected form(s)"
    • Click Select Form
    • Select the enquiry form(s) you would like to connect
    • Click Save
The integration is now complete. New leads submitted through the selected Facebook lead forms will automatically be saved under Enquiries in OWNA.
