Manage Additional Access & Permissions
Adding Additional Emergency Contacts
Overview
The Primary Parent/Carer can add additional relationships and/or emergency contacts to their children with Full Access, App Access (just posts), or Sign In/out permission.
This page is only accessible via the Parent Portal.

Steps
- Go to 💻 Settings > Permissions - Manage Access
- Enter the first name, last name, and email address
- Select their relationship to the child(ren)
- Select what permission they should have
- Select which children they will be linked to
- Tick if they will be indicated as an emergency contact to staff
- Click Send Invite
💡 This will send an app invite for the app via email!
Once the contact has received their app login details, they can update their personal and contact details:
- Go to the settings menu ⚙️
- Select Manage my Details (enter a contact number and a copy of your ID here)
- If they have been given permission to sign the child in and out, they can also use the Reset PIN function to set a new six-digit pin that can be used in the Public Mode kiosk
