Manage Additional Access & Permissions
Adding Additional Emergency Contacts
Overview
The Primary Parent/Carer can add additional relationships and/or emergency contacts to their children with Full Access, App Access (just posts), or Sign In/out permission.
This can be done via Parent Portal or the app.

Parent Portal
- Go to 💻 Settings > Permissions - Manage Access
- Enter their name and contact information
- Select their relationship to the child(ren)
- Select what permission they should have
- Select which children they will be linked to
- Tick if they will be indicated as an emergency contact
- Click Send Invite
App
- Open the family menu (burger icon in the top right corner)
- Open your child's profile and go to the Child profile menu (three dots icon)
- Select Manage Permissions (if you do not have this option, it may be disabled by the centre)
- Press Invite
- Select the children who they will be connected to
- Enter their name and contact information
- Press Send Invite
Invitation
Once the contact has received their app login details, they can log in to the app to update their personal and contact details:
- Go to the settings menu ⚙️
- Select Manage my Details (enter a contact number and a copy of your ID here)
- If they have been given permission to sign the child in and out, they can also use the Reset PIN function to set a new six-digit pin that can be used in the Public Mode kiosk.
