Linking Posts to Programs & Experiences

Linking posts and learning documents to your curriculum program is a great way to track observations and follow-ups relating to planned experiences.

From the web portal:

1. Go to 💻 Posts > Manage Posts > ➕in the top right corner
2. Select the program from the first field
3. Optional - select the Experience from the second field (Custom Programs only!)

From the app:

1. 📱 Select the + icon (or centre logo)
2. Press Create Post
3. Use the book icon to select from current programs

💡 The LD template must contain the Program and Experience reference fields as well as an event trigger/listener!

➜ Add an Experience selector to your Learning Document templates

From the web portal:

1. Go to 💻 Posts > Add Portfolio (Quick link)
2. Select the program from the first field
3. Optional - select the Experience from the second field

From the app:

1. 📱 Select the + icon (or centre logo)
2. Press Create Learning Document
3. Select a learning document template
4. Select the program from the Link to Program field
5. Optional - select the Experience from the Link to Experience field
