About Learning Grids

Learning Grids is a flexible, customisable, and intuitive tool that allows educators to create tracking sheets for everything from daily routine plans and learning cycles to child development summaries, and more... 

Create A New Learning Grid

  1. Click the + button in the top right corner
  2. Enter the name of your grid
  3. Select a template (optional)
  4. Enter a description (visible to anyone who can view the grid)
  5. Select staff to access the grid (optional)
    • If blank, all staff have access.
  6. Select Rooms (optional)
  7. Select Children (optional)
  8. Select Visibility to Parents
    • If rooms and/or children are tagged, it will only be visible to those families.
  9. Click Create Grid

Editing Grids

The grid editor is where you will manage the format and content of your learning grids.

Learning Grid Actions

Edit Settings
  • Edit the grid name, description, tags, and visibility.
Print View
  • A view-only version of the grid (same as what parents can see) that can also be printed, if necessary.
Copy
  • Copy the grid and all information entered into it.
Archive
  • Hides the grid from general view.
Delete (Super Admin only)
  • Erases the grid and all contents. This cannot be undone/recovered!

              Learning Grid Templates

              Templates allow you to create a preset format with placeholder fields which can be reused without having to reset the fields each time.
