Create A New Learning Grid
- Click the + button in the top right corner
- Enter the name of your grid
- Select a template (optional)
- Enter a description (visible to anyone who can view the grid)
- Select staff to access the grid (optional)
- If blank, all staff have access.
- Select Rooms (optional)
- Select Children (optional)
- Select Visibility to Parents
- If rooms and/or children are tagged, it will only be visible to those families.
- Click Create Grid
Editing Grids
The grid editor is where you will manage the format and content of your learning grids.

Edit Settings
- Edit the grid name, description, tags, and visibility.
- A view-only version of the grid (same as what parents can see) that can also be printed, if necessary.
- Copy the grid and all information entered into it.
- Hides the grid from general view.
- Erases the grid and all contents. This cannot be undone/recovered!
Learning Grid Templates
Templates allow you to create a preset format with placeholder fields which can be reused without having to reset the fields each time.
