Sunsetting Enrolment Forms V1 for Custom Enrolment Forms

As of December 2025, the version 1 enrolment forms format will no longer be supported in OWNA. This means you will not be able to update or complete forms that have been submitted using the legacy enrolment form links.

If you have not yet been migrated to a standard or custom enrolment form (V2), you will be upgraded to the standard form at no charge. However, customised forms may still incur additional charges depending on the scope of changes requested.

To check which form version you have:

1. Go to CRM > Enrolments in the OWNA Admin Portal
2. Check the link at the top of the page:

If your link looks similar to this: 

www.owna.com.au/enrol/form.html 

-then you are still using the V1 enrolment form ❌

If your link looks similar to this: 

https://forms.owna.com.au/enrol.aspx?c=sunnyside 

-then you have a V2 form ✅

• Please ensure your website and/or email templates have been updated to reflect the new form link!
• We will also redirect your old URL so that anyone still trying to use your old form will be redirected to the new one.
