OWNA Auto Invoicing and Auto Debiting
We would like to inform you that the upcoming public holidays will have an impact on your OWNA invoicing and debiting processes.
Please note that OWNA will NOT generate invoices on the Monday public holiday. Instead, we will wait for the CCS reports to be cleared on Tuesday, April 22nd, and automatically generate any Monday and Tuesday auto invoices on that day.
In the event that your auto debit day falls on a Monday, OWNA will NOT debit those accounts in that particular week. Instead, we will leave it to the service to decide whether to debit on Tuesday or the following week.
Alternatively, you have the option to set your auto debit day to a Tuesday before April 22nd to ensure that these invoices are picked up in the auto job on that day.
