OWNA Auto Invoicing and Auto Debiting
We would like to inform you that the upcoming public holidays will have an impact on your OWNA invoicing and debiting processes.
Please note that OWNA will NOT generate invoices on the Monday public holiday. Instead, we will wait for the CCS reports to be cleared on Tuesday, April 7th, and automatically generate any Monday and Tuesday auto invoices on that day.
In the event that your auto debit day falls on a Monday or Friday, OWNA will NOT debit those accounts on that day. Instead, the debits will roll over to the next business day and be debited on Tuesday.
