Email Copy of (support) Chat Transcript
If you ever want to save a copy of your chat to refer to later, you can click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the chatbox, select 'Email transcript' and then enter your email address.
Alternatively, when you click 'End this chat' from the menu once you are finished chatting, it will also ask you if you would like to get a copy of the transcript emailed to you.
💡 Transcript emails are sent from "[email protected]"
