Signing Excursion Forms
Parents App
Steps:
- Open main menu (top left corner)
- Go to Forms (press to expand)
- Select the excursion form
- Press 'View Excursion Risk Management Plan' to review assessment details & potential hazards
- Enter details for primary emergency contact on the day
- Select the child who will be attending the excursion (can multiple if available)
- Add your signature
- Press Submit
