Sending The Enrolment Form To Families
Send from Enquiry or Waitlist
- Click on the Enquiries or Waitlist button from your OWNA admin portal dashboard
- Open the Action menu or the application
- Click on the Send Enrolment Form

Send A Web Link
- Click on the Enrolment Form button from your OWNA admin portal dashboard
- Copy the Enrolment Form URL at the top of the page
- Paste it into an email or message to send to the family

Auto Response Email
You can add your own custom text to be emailed to the primary parent who submits the enrolment form in order to provide further information regarding the next steps and/or expected timeframe.
- Click on the Enrolment Form button from your OWNA admin portal dashboard
- Go to the Auto Response tab
- Enter the text you would like the parents to receive in the reply email
- Click Update Automated Response
