Update Booking Pattern
Overview
💡 Only a Primary Parent with Full Access can submit booking change requests!
This feature is only available for services that have enabled it in their settings.
From the App 📱Â
- Open the Main Menu (top left corner)
- Select a child
- Open the Child Menu (Circle with 3 dots in the top right corner)
- Select Update Booking Pattern
- Press the + in the top right corner
- Select the date you want your new pattern to commence
- Select the days you want your child to attend each available session
- Press Submit

From the Web Portal 💻
- Open the Bookings menu
- Click Update Booking Pattern
- Select a child
- Click Search
- Click New Booking
- Select the date you want your new pattern to commence
- Select the days you want your child to attend each available session
- Click Submit
Q&A
How will the service know I have submitted a request?
- The service will be sent an email whenever you submit a new request.
How will I know if my request has been actioned?
- You will receive an email when the service Accepts or Rejects your request.
- You can also check the status of your request at any time in the app or portal.
It won't let me select the date I want it to start. What do I do?
- Each service can set their own minimum notice period for change requests. It is best to speak to an Admin at the service about exceptions.
How do I change the Room or Fee?
- Rooms and Fees can only be changed by an Admin user at the service.
It says my child is on an Advanced Booking Pattern. What does this mean?
- Advanced booking patterns can only be changed by an Admin user at the service.
What can I do if the service has rejected my request?
- The service may not have been able to accommodate your request. It is best to speak to an Admin at the service to explore other options.
Can I edit a pending request?
Yes. You can edit a pending request from the app.
Can I cancel a pending request?
- Yes, you can cancel a pending request from the app or web portal.
