Letter of Offer
Overview
The letter of offer allows admins to draft and send offer letters to parents from your enquiries or waitlist. Drafted, offered, and accepted days are included in the Room Booking/Capacity section on this page to help you gain a clear understanding of which days are available on an ongoing basis.
- Parents can accept the Letter of Offer and are then provided with an enrolment link immediately.
Add New Letter of Offer
- Go to 💻 CRM > Letter of Offer
- Click the plus button (+) in the top right corner
- Select a child from your enquiries or waitlist from the dropdown
- The form will pre-fill with details from the enquiry/waitlist but can be manually set or changed before sending.
- Enter an Offer Expiry Date
- Select the Room and Fee
- Click Create Letter of Offer
Send Letter of Offer
- Go to 💻 CRM > Letter of Offer > Not sent (tab)
- Open the Actions menu for the Offer you want to send
- Select Send Offer
- This will pre-fill the offer details and allow you to make any content changes before sending.
- Adjusting details in the email will not update the offer record!
- Click Send
Withdraw Offer
- Go to 💻 CRM > Letter of Offer > Sent (tab)
- Open the Actions menu for the Offer you want to withdraw
- Select Withdraw
