Kidsoft Integration

Overview

The OWNA / Kidsoft Integrated Solution provides early learning services with a powerful all-in-one ecosystem that significantly streamlines operations by combining OWNA's comprehensive centre management, staff rostering, and family engagement tools with Kidsoft's robust Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and financial management features.

Setup

  • For existing customers using both OWNA and Kidsoft, please create a helpdesk ticket.
  • If you are new to either OWNA or Kidsoft, please fill out a contact form.

Information Sync (Phase 1)

ℹ Information is currently synced from Kidsoft to OWNA every 15 min. In Phase 2, some records will update immediately.

Kidsoft is the source of truth for essential service details, users, parents, children, and bookings/attendances. All of the following details can be added or updated in Kidsoft and will sync to OWNA within the 15-minute synchronisation window.
