Educator/Staff Sign-in/out Via the App

There are three ways staff can clock in or out for their shift and change their room/location depending on your settings.

💡 This method may not be available on a mobile device if disabled in your centre configuration

Centre Check-in

1. Click on the Clipboard in the top right corner
2. Select Centre Check In
3. Press Check into Centre

Room Check-in

1. Click on the Clipboard in the top right corner
2. Select Room Check In
3. Select the Room/Location

You can activate Staff PIN Mode by going to the settings menu (cog icon n bottom right corner) then selecting the Staff PIN Mode toggle.

If you are signed in to the app using your PIN code, sign out from the settings menu to return to the Staff PIN Mode screen.

Centre Check-in

1. Press Centre Check-In/Out
2. Enter your PIN Code
3. Press OK

Room Check-in

1. Press Room Check-In
2. Select a Room/Location
3. Enter your PIN Code
4. Press OK

If you have a device in Public Mode for parents to sign children in/out, this can also be used by educators by entering their PIN code:

1. Check in to the Centre first
2. Then, use the Room Check-in to select a room
