Email Campaign Custom Templates
Manage Templates
Overview
Services can build their own templates to use and share with their group (if applicable).
Create a Custom Template
- Go to 💻 CRM > Email Campaigns
- Click on the Email Templates quick link
- Click the Plus button in the top right corner
- Enter the name of your template
- Click Share with Group (Optional)
- Use the content toolbar to build your template
- Click Save Email Campaign
Manage Custom Templates
- Go to 💻 CRM > Email Campaigns
- Click on the Email Templates quick link
- Open the 'My Templates' tab
- Click 'Use this Template' to create a campaign
- Open the menu in the top right corner of the template to edit, duplicate, or delete the template.
💡Only the original creator of a shared template can edit or delete it!
- The author of the template can be seen by hovering over the Shared with Group badge.
- Other services in the group will see the template in their Campaign Templates tab.
