Email Campaign Custom Templates

Manage Templates

Overview

Services can build their own templates to use and share with their group (if applicable).

Create a Custom Template

  1. Go to 💻 CRM > Email Campaigns
  2. Click on the Email Templates quick link
  3. Click the Plus button in the top right corner
  4. Enter the name of your template
  5. Click Share with Group (Optional)
  6. Use the content toolbar to build your template
  7. Click Save Email Campaign

Manage Custom Templates

  1. Go to 💻 CRM > Email Campaigns
  2. Click on the Email Templates quick link
  3. Open the 'My Templates' tab
    • Click 'Use this Template' to create a campaign
    • Open the menu in the top right corner of the template to edit, duplicate, or delete the template.

💡Only the original creator of a shared template can edit or delete it!

  • The author of the template can be seen by hovering over the Shared with Group badge.
  • Other services in the group will see the template in their Campaign Templates tab.
